MANUFACTURING PLANT IN COGOZZO

The Cogozzo manufacturing plant covers an area of 70.000 sq.m .;
Here the raw material “pig fat” is processed, obtaining “food lard” and “protein flours”.
There are many uses of the “STRUTTO” field:
From baking to the making of confectionery products (ice cream, biscuits, bakery products), cosmetics, feedstock (animal husbandry, pet food) to energy production. High-protein flour is intended for the Italian and European pet-food markets.

• in the food business with Health Authorisation IT159L,
• in animal husbandry with Authorisation Number ABP132INTP3
• with a cogeneration plant with Authorisation Number ABP132OCOMB3

INGRA BROZZI SPA INGRA BROZZI SPA is certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard for the production and sale of animal and vegetable fats and condiments for the food industry; for the production and sale of animal protein for the pet food industry and for the production and sale of fats for the zootechnical and oleochemical industry.
INGRA BROZZI SPA is certified according to the voluntary scheme ISCC for products intended for the biofuels and bioliquids.

THE MANUFACTURING PLANT IN CONCORDIA

The manufacturing plant in Concordia sul Secchia in the province of Modena embraces a business area of 62,000 square meters. Where the by-products of pig slaughtering are processed by obtaining animal meal and fats, mainly intended for the petfood, fertilizer, lipochemical and detergent industries.

Concordia’s production unit is certified according to the “GMP + FEED CERTIFICATION SCHEME” to guarantee the safety of feed in all components of the feeding chain; it is authorized with BOLLO: ABP207INTP3, ABP207PROCP3, ABP207TRADER3
